All work and no play... well, you know what they say. That's why we've come up with a few unique extras to brighten up our people's working lives. Our monthly newsletter 'Active News', regularly features all the great service stories from around the business. 'We Love You' Postcards allow colleagues the opportunity to recognise each other for being brilliant, and managers can award their employees for outstanding performances. And, if you do something really outstanding, how about a £25 'Love Cheque'? It's yours to spend on anything you like. And, there's more.

We have a 'Most Loved This Month' award. A chance to see your name up in lights (well, on the club notice board at the very least) for all to see. You may even find an invitation to our 'Most Loved Awards' winging its way to you. And did we mention the Virgin Group Stars Dinner? A glitzy awards ceremony held annually to recognise the 'Stars of the Year' from each Virgin business. Last but not least, there are the 'Fun Funds'. Every club and office is given a budget to enjoy themselves with! Pizzas, parties, nights out, team days, treats... each club gets to choose how they use it.
